Step Four-

” Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves”

Step Five-

Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.”

Step Six-

” Were entirely ready to have god remove all these defects of character.”

“Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.”

“Made a list of all the persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.”

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front of you with your toes pointing up.
  2. Try to reach forward and touch your toes.

If you are able to touch your toes, your cardiac arteries are also flexible. Aside from testing your heart, this stretch is a great way to loosen up your calf muscles. Practice doing the steps above with the goal of being able to grab your feet.
